After adding a new client you can now go to their profile and scroll down to the Contacts table >“Add Another”, these contacts will be copied in on all correspondence on the account.
This is inclusive of all emails, invoices, quotations, cancellations, payment notifications and payment requests.
Once a contact is added to the profile, you can also easily delete or modify the contact by scrolling down to the “Contacts” table and clicking on the “Name” link, you can then navigate via the left menu.
