Welcome Messages
Functions to set:
- Template: Client Added (New Clients) - Email/SMS
- Template: User Welcome Email (User added to an account) - Email
Past Due Warnings
Functions to set:
- Template: Initial warning (sent after account is unpaid for a while) - Email/SMS
- Template: Final warning (usually 24 hours before suspend) - Email/SMS
- Template: Account suspended - Email/SMS
Debit Batch
Functions to set:
- Template: Client added to batch (sent as the client is added to a batch - before it is submitted) - Email/SMS
- Template: Bounced payments (sent when a payment is marked as bounced) - Email/SMS
